1. In your “Dashboard”, go to “Users”. You should see at least one user. Click on “Edit”.
2. Add a “First Name” and then change the “Display name publicly as” to the name you just added.
I’m Sundi Luella Richard (she, her, hers). The name Sundi comes from the day I was born, you guessed it, Sunday, and the fact that my mother was sure I was going to be a boy and had no names prepared that fit me. You can call me Sundi or Sundilu, which is a combo of my first and middle name that I use as part of my digital presence.
I’ve been an instructional designer at Davidson for almost two years. Most people don’t know exactly what this means, so I get to continually redefine and try to explain it. As a critical instructional designer, I look at why we use technology not just how. I am intrigued with the world as a classroom and the learning that can happen both in personal and public spaces. I advocate for teaching and learning in the open when possible. Collaboration and spaces of vulnerability are an essential part of everything I do.
